Richmond Family Law, Divorce and Criminal Defense Paralegal:
Mary Heffley joined BoykoNapier shortly after its inception as the firm’s first legal assistant. Today, she manages the firm’s day to day operations as the Firm Administrator and supports the attorneys of BoykoNapier in complex family law, mediation, and criminal defense matters as their Senior Paralegal. Mary’s background in hospitality and small business management helped her play a key role in developing the firm into the thriving practice it is today. She earned her BA from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2006, and her Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Richmond in 2012.
Mary is a Virginia Registered Paralegal, an active member of the Richmond Paralegal Association, and she enjoys taking full advantage of the continuing legal education opportunities both organizations provide. When she’s not making sure the office is running smoothly, you will find her working on her endless home improvement projects, spending time with friends and family, and doting on her cats, Chopper and Roanoke.
