Richmond Family Law and Criminal Defense Attorney:
Liz is a compassionate and driven litigator. She partners with her clients to formulate an effective legal strategy in an effort to achieve their goals in the most efficient and practical way possible. Liz represents clients in all types of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and visitation, support, and protective order cases. Liz also represents clients charged with serious criminal and traffic offenses.
Liz obtained her juris doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was a member of the Journal of Law and Technology. While in law school, Liz received the Law Faculty Award in Family Law—an honor presented to a student regarded as outstanding in family law. Liz also received two CALI awards for excellence in academic performance and a Pro Bono Certificate for public interest contributions. Liz was fortunate to engage in valuable internships with the Children’s Defense Clinic, the Hanover County Commonwealth’s Attorney, and family law firms.
Prior to law school, Liz graduated cum laude with a degree in criminology from Randolph-Macon College and was named the criminology program’s most outstanding student. In her free time, Liz enjoys volunteering with the athletic department at Randolph-Macon and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
